We follow a systematic operating procedure at Hennaveda Manufacturing Unit to maintain the quality of our products; all the ingredients are sun-dried for several days to completely eliminate moisture from them. For some specific herbs, a thorough deseeding process is carried out in order to completely remove the impurities and derive the most usable part of the herb. Filtration and cleaning of the ingredients are done manually as well as in our ultra-modern sieving machines in order to remove stones, pebbles, twigs, and other unwanted substances.
Hennaveda has successfully achieved a perfect balance of tradition and technology at its state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. All the herbs are processed in a complete stainless-steel plant, which does not react with the minerals present in the herbs and further helps in retaining their true character and eliminating any microbial growth. To preserve the potency of our products, ingredients are milled in slow-moving grinders at very low temperatures. Vacuum packaging is done to ensure that the quality of the products remains intact. This process not only helps increase the shelf life of our product but also keeps it moisture-free. In our sincere effort to deliver superior-quality products to people, we get our final product retested again at the SGS lab before dispatching our products.
